hi,
i've ordered above item on 7th june 2016, with full advance payment because estimated delivery date is 10th Jun to 13th june 2016,
14th june is very important day for me i've to gift this to someone, but unable because i did not received this item on time,
before ordering this item i have confirmed and checked expected delivery date which is 10th june to 13 june, also get following sms after order
"We've received your order for "New LG Nexus 5x 32.." Estimated delivery between 10 Jun to 13 " (sms screenshot attached)
my current situation is i don't have money to buy another one and still my item which i order is not shipped, from day one my order status is " To be shipped"
for this inconvenience i'm expecting compensation plus quick delivery of my ordered item. else I've to use my consumer right through legal system.
yesterday I've call on your 18002093229 number talked with Ms Sweety whose behavior was very rude and not customer friendly which is also not acceptable (kindly check recording of conversation), i'm genuine and regular buyer who use your website. kindly improve your service and resolve this earliest.
