Subject:-Regarding Rs.40,000.00 transaction made at TRANSUKHRAT RATANLAL Jewellers,GS Road,Guwahati-05
Sir,
I would like to inform you that I purchased jewellery on 17/10/2017 at 8.37 pm and paid Rs. 40,000.00 through card swipe system. The first transaction of Rs. 40,000.00 was unsuccessful, as told by shopkeeper so I made a second transaction of Rs.40,000.00 which as success.
Recently I updated the Bank passbook and if showed deduction of Rs.40,000.00 twice on 17/10/2017. Then I visited the shop on 12/12/2017 to get clarify for transactions made, they told me to provide there Bank statement by 13/12/2017,so that I can confirm that transaction has been made twice or not. When they failed to provide me the said document by 15/12/2017,then I visit then on 16&18 Dec’17 for the same. Still till date there is no response from their side.
I think, inspite of repeated request M/s Tansukhlal Jewelery is just lingering the case and trying to avoid it. I feel now harassed as to just get the bank account statement from the jewellers.
Please look into the matter urgently so that my money can be refunded.
