I ordered a plastic wardrobe from Shop clues on 11th August'16 which was received by me on 20th August and same day I had requested for return as the moment I checked the product I did not find it satisfactory(poor quality).They confirmed me over phone that the product will be picked in 2-4 working days. Also note that the I had asked for grey colour and they sent me white moreover 2 pieces of the doors are less and same was communicated to customer care department ,which they did not even reply and said the reason which I have mentioned is good enough to return the product.
I am a regular shopper of online portals and this was the 1st time had ordered something from Shopclues.
I am not looking for any claim I just want my invested amount to be refunded.
