Complaint regarding non delivery of the order

This is in regards to my order done on 30th Aug 2019 which was due to a coupon I received on myntra.com which could be used on zoom.in application. I ordered "Softcover Phoyobook 5'5" 20 pages" using the application on 30th August 2019 on several attmepts according to them they tried to deliver it to me uet they never gave a call before delivery. I received a call only on an occasion when they told me to update the address. So I provided them a different address. Now,according to them they have delivered my order on 21st Sep 2019 at 5:30 pm on the address given yet I have not received anything on neither of my addresses.
I even asked them of the local FedEx using which they were delivering my order so that if they were finding it difficult I could collect it on my own. My order no was ZO29476AF362

Please do help me they havr got all the photos of my family which has been delivered on a wrong address which can misuse and this can hamper my family values.
