Respected sir,
Myself poonam Sharma from hamirpur. Living in hamirpur ward no. 2. I have a complaint against shopkeeper cloth house. Me and my sister on 17 Feb 2020 purchased two suits of rs. 800. I paid instant 800 to ajay cloth house owner on counter. After that I checked that suits at home and was very rough and totally useless. Afterthat today on 25 Feb 2020 I asked to the owner to exchange that clothes. He totally refused and taken taken both of suits and misbehaved with me and my sister. It's totally consumer harassment and specially of ladies by gents. He kept suits with him. No money back and no exchange. So please it's a humble request please take an action against Ajay cloth House, Main market hamirpur mall Road near sabzi manzi opposite to Deep cloth House. Please help me and provide me justice and take proper action against him so that in future no customer specially ladies never will harrash in future. Please provide me justice.
