I am writing thismail to inform your team, it's a pathetic experience as a customer that I am having. I had purchased 2seater 's sofa from ejipura showroom on 18/10/2017. My order no is 1718402217. I made the full payment of 17,000rs.
Mr. Kumar had comitted to me that it will be delivered on 21st OctOct. As it has to be gifted to my sister on the occasion of the Diwali festival. Today it's 22nd Oct, still I don't have any update on my order when it will be delivered. I called that ejipura office no 15times..they did not resolve my issue. The only thing they did was false comittments, lies,giving me 4times wrong numbers of the delivery drivers . The drivers have no clue on the order. Mr. Kumar who sits in that showroom has been wasting my time from. Past 2days.
I am really having a horrible experience on the type of service. No one is there to sort out my issue. I want an action should be take against these guys sitting in that showroom spoiling your brands name. They are least bothered to understand customers problem and the way they speak to the client that shows there seriousness and professionalism towards their job.
