sir greetings of the day
today finally the technician came after 18 days of complaint the technician came as soon as he opens the caravan and holds the volume button it got broken into pieces then he said it won't be available that easily or that soon,he told me company lacks in this part, when called the customer care they also didn't had any clue ,3 different people attended me and said me they will call me soon why cant the customer service guys can put my call on hold and resolve this
is this type of service i am expecting from saregama
while selling the product the company guy told that we have a 24-hour service, as well it was told to me when i filled the complain
i have the video of the technical guy opening and breaking the volume control with me if i don't get any resolution by end of the day ill upload that into social media and take this course further
