Misguide and fake service Complaint against Mount Care RO Service

Dear Sir,
I am having zeroB Water RO sysem. Which was having some issue. So i looked for support through site (http://zerob.ro-service-delhi-ncr.com/)
Later i start receving call for maintance. I was ready to make AMC (anual maintance plan) by paying 4000 Rs. So i was agree because they sured me,
necessary parts will replace with original one and complete one year maintance will be taken care.
They sent maintance guies to my home to checked my machine. I paid 2000 in advance and allowed to take my machine for repair. They ware told me to replace
machine within 2 days. Later 2~3 days i called then but they told me to take more time. It became 13 days to call then continously and i did not get my machine
repaired. Then at sudden they call me and told, they can't repaire my machine with original part (as per zeroB standard)
but they will make it working as normal RO but for this i need to pay 2000 more in advanced. So that i refused because it will distroy the originality of my RO macine and
i request to return my machine with advance of 2000 Rs. Also here I understood that this service center is not original service center of ZEROB RO and they misguided me, as
they told initially, they are from ZEROB RO service.
Now either they are returning my machine nor returning advance amount of 2000 RS, which I have given initially. I have also paid 250 for home visited and initial service check at home.
Please take the necessary steps to return my machine (Rs: 13000) and advance amount paid (2000).
