I would regretfully bring to your kind notice that in the last service as well as in the current service (03-09-2022) service adviser alloted to me was Mr. Farhaan Habeeb Siddhiqui.
This complaint is about his awful behaviour, which caused me embarrassment.
Let me brief you, actually I have taken teflon coating package when I purchased the car, which is valid for 3 years. The first time I asked Mr. Farhaan to get the teflon coating done, he outrightly and in a very disrespectful manner deny honour the request. This time, or the second time, he got furious, started yelling, tossed the job card, and denied the teflon coating request as if I am the one at fault for buying the teflon coating package.
This has happened not on one but two instances. First time I thought it let go, but this time I am no mood to forgive this denigrating behaviour.
In view of the above I demand an action against Mr. Farhaan for the harassment and the embarrassment ai had to face in front of a plurality of people present.
