There is no hygiene maintained in restaurant also there is no proper equipment available as per the protocol of fire department, No protocol maintained as per the environment department as i can see a well inside the kitchen of the New Malabar restaurant i feel no appropriate document is available with the owner to run the restaurant from all the relevant department.
