Dear sir/Madam,
My name is Vishal from chennai native place Rajasthan purely vergterain. On 21st May 10.30 pm we went to Domino's pizza in Anna nagar branch we order 2 veg. Pizza . I eaten two pieces , On 3Rd piece I found small cockroach in that pizza , I am getting too much of vomiting after eating that pizza and I made a call some of the person who work in dominos pizza, He used bad words (example. U go and die , u can't pulged my hair, talking rubbish). By next day morning I went to hospital to addmitted for 8 hrs and I got billed around 8000 rupees. Even I have given a complaint to the DOMINO'S PIZZA they were never take any action or no proper respons for 10 to 15 days . After i made a call to kolkata branch . They provided 3000 rupees worth PIZZA free to sought my mouth . They told me to do any complaint . I am very poor ,
