Dear team,
I visited hotel Mansingh in Agra location on 23rd April after I accepted invitation from club Mahindra customer care.
During the discussion I was told that I need to make the payment right away which I think is unfair trade practice. I paid 35810/- INR using my Axisbank credit card. I was given slip of edc transaction (SBI club Mahindra Lucknow). I did not submitted my KYC documents till date.
My (MAF) member application form no. - Feb/2018/25yrs/203859
As I sent mail (memberrelations@clubmahindra.com; feedback@clubmahindra.com) earlier to refund the amount after having taken final decision to withdraw my plan. I did not got any proper response. Tried reaching Club Mahindra Lucknow (05224938555,501) but nobody picked up my call till date.
i have no idea to whom i should approach.
