Hi I had booked a ticket from Borivali to Abu road on 3rd September 2022 from counter. On 4th September in the evening around 7:30 I took online counter ticket cancellation option and cancelled the ticket.The ticket was still waitlist only when I cancelled it. I got a reply in a form of a document which I will attach. Today while coming back home from work I went to collect refund which the railway employees denied. Yesterday was Sunday and windows were closed early. Even after going within 24 hours they are denying my refund. The railway employees whom I connected also gave such a horrible reply to me and insulted me. They are saying next day within 2 hours of opening of window you should come or else you won't get. Tell me is it even justified considering people work I can't take holiday from work to collect the money and it wasn't even 24 hours and they have denied. That's genuinely such a shitty policy. Please help me get my money back ,humble request.
