My name is swagata basu daughter of late shri shankar Kumar basu who died on 16/11/2019. He has a FD and RD in Sahara India pariwar and nominee is my mother shrimati rekha basu, we wanted to file a death claim against the 2 policy but the agent is saying that we will get the amount only after maturity. The FD will mature in June 2021 and the RD will mature in 2025 .I told them that we need money for my marriage and want to surrender the policy but they are not responding and the agent don't even file the death claim still. Me and my mother need that money for my wedding and some debts to clear . We will be very thankful if this problem get resolved. Mob 8789195590
