Respected Sir,
I beg to draw your kind attention that I am Sanjit Mitra aged about 43 years was an employee of Larica Agro Rice Mill. Due to my bad health condition I resigned my job on 25.08.2018 from Larica Agro Rice Mill. That office e not gave me any appointment letter or joining letter, there are no EPF and ESI facility and no any holidays. But when I joined there the employer promised me that all above facilities are available in my job. Due to all these things and my health condition I can’t continue my job and I said the reason to my employer verbally. There are 23 days salaries I will get from the office because I continue my job last September 2018.
But when I want my salary of 23 days the employer (Larica Agro Rice Mill) said that I am not able to draw my salary. So many times I prayer them by phone, I went their main office at 46/10/1, B.T. Road, P.O. B. D. Sopan, P.S. Khardah, Dist. North 24 Parganas, Pin-700116 dated 11.09.2018. But the employer ignored me I sent a mail dated 17.09.2018 to him that if they did not give my 23 days salary within 5 days. I will inform your office but they did not response any thing. The mail is enclosed here with and my prescriptions and reports.
So, now in this condition I would like to request you that please help me to collect my salary of 23 days. If you help me I will thank full to you.
