HappyEasyGo is scamming users by charging convenience fee twice on airline cancellations

HappyEasyGo is charging convenience fee twice. I paid Rs. 4304 with convenience fee at the time of booking.
IndiGo cancelled my flight themselves, and per HappyEasyGo's Terms and conditions (attached below) they do not charge any service fee for airline cancellation.
They are scamming me by keeping my money for one month, earning interest, and then charging me convenience fee on top of that.
I would like my FULL AMOUNT refunded, as well as further action taken against this company.
