Hi ,
I am Himanshu Sharma from Meerut,I have seen a advertisement on Instagram in which Mi M3 plus smartband was sold and with it they are giving i8 cordless bluetooth headphones. I have done the order on 10th March 2019 and Recieved a mail from FactorySales support email id on my email id
I have recieved my order which was COD(cash on Delivery) on 14th march 2019 for which i have to pay 1249 rs. The SMS which I have received from the courier company said it was from MAXIM ELECTRONICS- order no DHFS1123475- by the delivery boy with no(7503358285). But in the box which I have recievd from him it had 2 i7ws Bluetooth cordless devices one was outside and one in another packing. When I have contacted the courier about the issue they gave me the no of the Maxim, which was never received by them and later they blocked my no.s from which so ever i called them.no is 8882264414. When i tried the support email id of Factory Sales the email is bounced back each time. Email id is . I have tried contacting Instagram since the advertisement was on its site but received no response from them. Ihave all sms n mail proves for the same.
Need your immediate help on the same and to take cyber crime action against them, so that they cannot fool anybody else in future,They need to caught and put behind bars.
