I ordered footwear from Myntra and when I tried it, it was ok. Next day when I wore it for my office, after i left home it was approx 10 mins and it started to hurt badly. It was like pinching and the woven design was continuously hurting me. The sole threads were so hard that I could not walk more. Later I filed complaint as I has severe scars on my toes and my feet was swollen and red all over. First they took 15 days to reply and then when I started following up daily with them then they said no for the refund as it was used. They cannot send defective product as it's dangerous. What if I had to walk long and I could have faced my toes to get cuts and serious injury. They are refunding my amount and they harshly insulted me that I can anything I want but they will not refund.
