PRODUCT REFUND NOT YET RECEIVED FROM FIRSTCRY

2. I had placed the cancellation request on 28/08/2020 as there was a size issue and also the diapers which were previously ordered from firstcry used to leak. I had received the text message from firstcry vide attachment no. 2 in which it mentioned that the amount will be refunded in wallet.
3. On 29/08/2020, I had received a call at around 4.00 pm in evening from FIRSTCRY EXECUTIVE in which he had asked me to OPEN THE PACKAGE AND SEND ME THE PICS OF THE OUTER PACKAGING AS WELL AS OF THE DIAPER. On receiving the pics, he told me that WE WILL MARK IT AS A SPECIAL CASE AND WILL PROCESS THE REFUND. I had even asked him that if I will open the package, how will firstcry accept my return request, on which he said that DIAPERS ARE NON RETURNABLE SO WILL MARK IT AS A SPECIAL CASE AND YOU WILL GET THE REFUND. YOU MAY DISPOSE OFF THE DIAPERS SO WE WILL NOT TAKE THEM BACK BUT WILL ONLY PROCESS THE REFUND. He also told me that he will arrange an email for the same. Email copy is attached in attachment no. 3
4. Hence, as per the executive I did exactly what he asked me to do and I sent the email to first cry. Copy of email is in attachment 4.
5. Then i received an email from FIRSTCRY as per attachment no. 5 in which they denied PROCESSING THE REFUND.
6. I marked them an email on 30/08/2020 IN WHICH I HAD TOLD THEM THAT YOUR EXECUTIVE ONLY ASKED ME TO SHARE THE IMAGES, ON WHICH THEY REQUESTED ME TO WAIT for 24-48 HOURS IN WHICH THEY WILL CHECK THE CALL RECORDINGS AND IF FOUND TRUE THEY WILL PROCESS THE REFUND.
It has been over a week and NO RESPONSE had been received from them.
