Pepperfry Return/refund issue, purchased 1 heart shaped mould

This is in reference with order number 303323927 I purchased 1 heart shaped mould which was delivered on 30th of August. The very same day I registered a complain to Pepper fry that its damaged, the very next day I got an Email from Mr Vipul that it will be taken care of and somebody will call me in 24 to 48 hours of time. nobody called for good 5 days. I sent the email again saying that nobody has called, its been over 5 days but Pepper fry was sleeping on it. Nobody even bothered to call. I escalated the complaint finally after almost 10 days Vipul called and he said that he is arranging for replacement or refund and after that it's been over 15 days there is no communication from Pepperfry. I must have contacted Pepper fry at least 6 times in these 15 days and there is absolutely no response from them. and every complaint gets closed without any resolution. Don't buy anything from Pepperfry.
