CONCERN RETURN AND REFUND PROVISION COMPLAINT TO SNAPDEAL.COM

I HAD PURCHASE HEAVY LEHENGAS 4-6 DIFF ITEMS FOR WEDDING RANGING FROM 500 TO 3000 RS . AFTER RECEIPT I DID NOT LIKE ANY OF THOSE, QUALITY WAS ALSO NOT GOOD WORTH THE PRICE . WHEN I INTENDED TO RETURN, 4 OF THEM COULD ACCEPT RETURN REQUEST AND FOR ONE OF THEM IT IS MENTIONED THAT SINCE I HAVE RETURNED FOUR ITEMS , RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS. THERE IS NO CLAUSE MENTIONED LIKE THIS ON THE SITE AND ON REPEATED MAILS THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING. if i am buying such costly items and dont like it i have all rights to return it. i am not buying something worth 100 rs or so. ALL ONLINE SITES GIVES RETURN AND REFUND IN CASE OF ANY CONCERN . HERE THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING RETURN WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN ANY POLICY. FURTHER THE PICK UP PERSON PICKED UP ONE WRONG ITEM WHICH WAS ALSO FROM SNAPDEAL AGAINST WHICH I REPEATED LODGED COMPLAINTS BUT NO ONE BOTHERS TO CALL BACK. SO I AM STUCK WTH TWO ITEMS ONE REFUND AND OTHER WRONG PICK UP. ALL ONLINE SITES HAVE NUMBERS WHERE WE CAN CALL CUSTOMER CARE HERE THE NONSENSE TEAM OF SNAPDEAL HAS LEFT NO OPTIONS FOR CUSTOMERS TO APPROACH NEITHER THEY BOTHER. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM SNAPDEAL BEC THEY JUST DONT BOTHER ABOUT QUALITY NOR CUSTOMMERS BUT IN GREED KEEP THE AMOUNT PAID WITH THEM. horrible experience from snapdeal . jabong , myntra , flipkart, amazon are far better in terms of delivery, refund and quality too.
