On 25th december 2019 one of my client paid 400 rupees through phone pe app.the amount is showing in my app but is not transferred to my bank.i waited till 2 days then complained to the customer care.but they told me that automatically after 7 days the amount will be transferred but in vain it didn't turned up.then they i was told to lodge a complain to them.i did so but after 5 days i was told by them that its not there problem .i should go the bank .n they disconnected the phone..
