Dear sir,
I would like to inform you that, last month I have visited in your service centre near kalyani chowk muzaffarpur, I really felt down to know after visited service centre he says your mobile is bend and screen is also damaged he says total making money rs. 9500 and he return after 10 days. As well my Samsung j5 prime is also in warranty Period just 2 and half month to buy mobile from hunny bunny mobile centre due to that type of response from your side I really felt down and think never buy again Samsung mobile and I m going outside another mobile repairing shop. he will make in good condition in one day in rs. 2000.
So I think why Samsung sale and says screen broken warranty.
I am rude that type of behaviour and response through your side.
