i was given my mobile for change main board of mobile to service center on 7 march but till now i didnt recieve my mobile and when i call to customer care regarding then they didnt provide any information to me and tell to wait 72 hours and after this time same process no one is connecting me their senior person.

My coolpad dazen1is not starting properly..I went to the service center nehru place. They said this is software problem its out of warranty. You have to pay 403 rupees to reinstall the software..but next day they called me and said its hardware problem motherboard will be changed..its cost 5000 rupees..I replied brand new phone cost is also 5000 .wats the logic..they misbehaved me..

Dear sir,
I have purchased a mobile from your shopee.
Mobile is Coolpad Rogue_3320a: Coolpad Rogue 4G Android Lollipop 4GB Rom 5MP Camera Single Sim Smartphone.
I have problem with phone is there is No. Connectivity of 3G/4G in above Mobile.
When I connect with "2G Only" Connectivity, phone is enabled. But When I Connect with "3G Only" connection is not available on mobile.
My mobile number is Vodafone Number. I go to Office of Vaodafone Service Center. They Check & Say that My Existing Data Package is 3G.
They said that the problem with Handset.
My Mobile Number is 9823138127.
Please confirm me what is the problem with Handset. otherwise i return back to you this mobile.
Also confirm me, this Mobile is 4G enabled or not because there is no significant in this mobile. otherwise i will file a compliant on your Company.
Please solve this problem urgently.

I have purchased Coolpad cool 1 just 2 months before and with in 2 months phone getting network problem. Phone given to Vashi customer care. Still not received more than 20 days. Job sheet no JS17060300698. Complained so many times not received any good reply. Very much upset. Please help
