Dear Sr/Madam,
1. I have purchased an I-Ball Cobalt 4
2. Date of Purchase- July'15.
3. Problem facing - TOUCH PANEL of my phone is not working.
4. Customer Care Office Visit - On 07/07/2016 at Asansol(WB) having Document No:128081661396362 and Serial No:911447400118619.
Till 1st of August'16 there was no feedback by your customer care.
On 02/08/2016 i visited customer care office,
they are telling me that spare parts is not available & problem cannot be solved.
Now help me out with this problem and at the same time i cannot afford to buy another smart phone.
And today 15th of September spare part is not in stock
