Dear sir,
I Purchase a mobile iphone in 03/03/ 2021 .I never got any issue in this mobile .
Now jan 2023 My phone speaker not working properly .I gave it your ajmer service centre .They rejected my request and mention third party issue .Please open case .According to your commitment if apple iphone 12 is in manufacturing is 2021 and issue comes related to speaker .then apple company will repair without any cost but apple company service centre did not service my mobile without any cost .
