Hi,
I had purchased a wrist watch from clubfactory.com with in the 8th day the product having problem. At that time call to customer care & support team they told me how to return & similarly trying to return the product but application was not proceeesed. Therefore try to contact the suooort team they escalated the issue to superiors & technical team they took time to resolve & yet not get any respons from club factory . Several time contact to support team they didn’t help me for the same.
