Online shopping complaint against Flipkart.com for Faced a problem thrice in a month

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I am reaching out to you with regard to a Moto X Play device I ordered via Flipkart on 11th August 2016 (invoice attached.) Within a span of one month, there have been three serious issues with the phone, to which your Customer Care executives have behaved irresponsibly and left me with no certain answers and a defected phone. I am writing to you to take this device back and give me my due refund via Flipkart.

To give you details:

1. Within the first 17 days, the touch stopped working. I went to the nearest Motorola Service Center in Pitampura, Delhi. The CS executives told me that there was a software issue, took my phone and asked to collect it 3-4 hours later. I was denied a replacement because there is a 10 day time limit for replacement. The person there said me that the phone had issue with the software and it he asked me to submit the device and called me after 3-4 hours.I asked them for replacement of the handset as it had been only 17 days and I faced the problem. But, they said me that replacement is not possible as the replacement policy is for 10 days only.

2. The next day, I tried to play some music but there was no sound in the device. This time, the service centre asked me to submit the device for 7-8 days as there was some problem with the speaker and the motherboard. When I went to collect it, they said it is not repaired yet and will take 4-5 more days. I went at said date, and was asked to wait for another day. I got my phone then and was told that the speaker and motherboard has been changed.

3. When I switched it on, I realised there was no signal being received on the device. submitted the device. They said that the device isn't ready and they again asked me to wait for a day. I went to the service centre for the fourth time and was asked to wait for a day.

4. Later in the evening, I used the motorola chat with us feature and the person asked me all the details. He assured me of the actions and asked to wait for a phone call. I didn't receive any phone call yet.

5. The next day, I went to take my phone back and he said that the device isn't repaired. I asked them to return my phone back in that condition only and came back home.

Given the tall claims of customer service that Motorola makes, my experience of the device as well as the customer service is extremely disappointing. I don't need a replacement anymore, I need a full refund. Nothing can compensate for the time I have spent in doing the rounds of your service center and explaining my problem to your indifferent staff. If I receive no action from you, I will have no choice but to post it on social media so more people spread the word about your appalling customer service.

I hope to receive a reply today as it is a working day and I have waited enough already.
The customer care executives are also of no use. I want the refund of the device. I have no faith in this company. I would never recommend this company ever to anyone. No customer satisfaction is received. The public dealing and public relations team should be screwed up. I don't have a good experience with moto. Not at all.
I need a refund or else I would reach out higher authorities and I hope the government of India would help me out if you couldn't.
