OneAssist: Mi5 phone not getting repaired

I called up and given my mi5 phone with the documents and other processes follow-up on 28 Aug 2016.
The due date of repair was 28 sept 2016. I paid 320/- for insurance on demand from mi protect / OneAssist.
On 29th Sept 2016 a new date of repair was given as 10 Oct. On 10th oct new date was given was 7th Nov.
On 8th Nov Mi protect/OneAssist was not giving me any detail and kept me waiting for 2 days to get an update as new date of repair is 30 Nov.
When I demanded assurance of repair done by 30 Nov, OneAssist is not ready to provide that.
I requested to explain me process (so many times I had to ask) They told me once service is done, mobile will reach to OneAssist they will inspect it and then send me. In between, they will ask update from the service center.
So I asked to provide me the current update (I have been calling them daily and I requested for getting the update from service center) then they told OneAssist has no means to contact repair center. They don't have the phone number of repair center.
I demanded how they are telling us about the update then. OneAssist told they have no control over repair or update. Till that time OneAssist customer care individual was lying.
Now after 3 months of waiting period I am not sure what's the state of my mobile and why it's not getting repaired. OneAssist keeps telling that hardware parts are not available as per service center, which they can't contact.
A service center which is of Mi company doesn't have parts available for 3 months is an unacceptable reply. I purchase the premium phone of Mi/Xiaomi company and on top of it Mi protect scheme + paid extra amount on demand and today Mi protect is repairing my phone.
When I ask for refund of the entire money (phone + mi protect + insurance) they are not ready to pay anything.
I feel helpless against Mi and OneAssist. They are not repairing the device neither giving me assurance of repair. I till now have spent more money in process which I could have got repaired done by other services.
