Faulty Earpiece at brand new Lenovo K4 Note and getting No service from Authorized Service Station

Respected Sir/Madam,

With due respect Myself Smt. Barnali Barman stating the following information:
1. That Sir, I bought a Brand new Lenovo K4 Note mobile phone with Model no. as Lenovo A7010a48, Product no. as PA2C0062IN, Serial no. as HB0M65BB and IMEI1 no. as 860933032062276 on 04.04.2016 through online purchase from Amazon.in vide the order no. 403-0528769-8634720 dated 04.04.2016. The Copy of the Invoice/Bill of the said product , Amazon Order Details, Photo copy of the Box/Packet of the said Mobile are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
2. That Sir, after using 7 days of the above mentioned mobile phone I felt that the Earpiece was a faulty one as I was not able to hear any voice of any call through the Earpiece of the phone whereas I was able to hear voice of any call by using a headphone. The mobile is now only 2-3 months old and within warranty.
3. That Sir, some days later I have contacted Lenovo Customer care over the issue and they suggested me to go to the nearby Service Station which is located at Siliguri, West Bengal which was/is far away from my Home i.e.105-110 Kms as no service station for Lenovo mobiles was/is available in the whole Area of 200-250Kms(Approx) despite of the presence of Two/Three District Capital/Sadar City in the same region.
4. Despite of having several problems as a lady, somedays later I went to the Service Station at Siliguri spending my hard-earned money, Precious Time and travelling a long journey.
5. In this large area the one and only Authorized Service Station for Lenovo Mobiles is Appus Mobile Care, Chowdhury mini Market, Opp. To Hotel dolly Inn, Bidhan Road, Siliguri, Phone 9832083100.
6. They have first examined the mobile to confirm whether the problem is arisen by any abuse or it was a manufacturing defect by default.
7. It has been confirmed by the Service station that the Fault was there from the very beginning i.e. from it’s brand new situation. They accepted the mobile and gave me a Customer Unit Receipt copy with a Work Order no. AMC/LO/16/00249 on 10.06.2016(Copy is also enclosed).
8. After 15 days of receiving the mobile by them, I called them whether the said service was provided or not. But alas! They informed me that the mobile is not repaired till date and need more 7 days as the earpiece part is not available at their end and more 7 days might be needed to come. However, they did not know when it could come from their main Base Station/Head Quarter/Center/any Central Location they know.
9. Even after 7 more days they are not aware of the availability of the part. On contacting over phone they informed me that another 10 mobiles like mine which needed to be repaired for the same issue i.e. earpiece - is on hold for the unavailability of parts. I think that type of reply/resolution may not be treated as their credit, must be treated as their fault.
10. Now I am anxious, unhappy and feeling insecure as the time for the repair is uncertain/indefinite as The Service Station does not aware of the availability of the parts. Even they told about the uncertainty of no approximate time for that repair. No necessary action has been taken by them or the company side in this regard till date.
11. In this situation I am worried that whether my mobile is to be repaired in next 7 days or not. Or they will keep it ‘on hold’ for a long time uncertain period. I am not able to use my mobile which was bought for my essential use/necessary purpose. Warranty time is passing by as the Mobile is of no use ‘on hold’ at the service Station for months.
12. Lenovo is a big brand name in Electronics Business in India, they have many Electronics goods and products which have also big market. They sell their products all over the country. Even after big name, reputation, Lenovo is not providing proper service to their customers, they don’t have enough Service Stations to serve all the customers, they are not giving fast processing service.
13. Either they don’t have enough parts/accessories need for repairing the sold faulty mobiles or the numbers of faulty mobiles are greater than the number of parts they have manufactured.
14. Now Sir, I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter very carefully as we, the customers are facing lots of serious issues, problems with Lenovo mobiles and please investigate the case as we are feeling insecure as no time can be specified/assumed for the repair. We are living in a very worried situation. Necessary actions may please be taken at the earliest.
15. A valuable reply with taking necessary steps in this regard from your side is highly expected.
