Data Card - Charges even after disconnection

I have taken the MTS post-paid data connection(No.8925593224) in the month of Nov 15 , Currently located in the Singaperumal Kovil, Chengalpattu, Kancheepuram Dist, Tamilnadu where the service connection is a big challenge, few months I could not use due to some technical issue of MTS software and finally got software updated after contacting many agency of MTS.
No proper support was given till July 15 but all the monthly payments are paid on time, finally decided to disconnect the service on 31.07.2015 and informed the MTS customer care service about the same. Also paid full amount till the period of 31.07.2015 on 01.08.2015.
Surprisingly got a billing for the period of Aug 15 on 10thSep 15 for the non-usage even after informing to disconnect the service.
On 12thSep 15 sent mail from my registered mail to MTS customer care to disconnect the service.
But again billing for the period Sep 15 is generated and bill sent to me for Rs.1150/-(One thousand one hundred fifty only). I am not sure how long the billing will be charged to me for non usage.
Many times I have informed the customer care to rectify the problem (To disconnect the service), but the service provider (MTS) are not going in depth to the issue and sending reminders and making calls to pay the amount forwhich I have not at all used the service.
