Coolpad Service delayed with in warranty for 50 days

I deposite my coolpad dazen-1 mobile set to service center on 23rd May 2015 for network problem (Job no. JS16052800230), They request for replace of mainboard to coolpad Co. & take 10 day to complete the process, but after 10 days they said spare not available wait for some time, so i did,on 12 june i got sms from Customer Care that my mobile is ready for collect, i visit service center on 14th but they said network problem solved but there is an audio problem so they again request for a new mainboard to coolpad company & this time they give a new job no JS16061401435
Today is 16th July still they unable to repair my handset, i called several times to service Center(R.K. Services,Howrah,West Bengal) & Customer Care of Coolpad india but they have no information about when spare parts will be available.50 days is enough time for servicing a mobile, i have mailed complain to Customercare@coolpadindia.com several times but they suggest to wait, iclaim for a replacement of product of refund money but they still suggesting to wait until parts are available but they can not specify any date
