I have purchase LYF WIND2LS6001 from reliance JIO DTD. 07-10-16 FROM PRITI MOBILE POINT 172, DHILLON COMPLEX BHILAI CHHATTISGARH STATE IMEI NO 911498800530762 IMEI2911498802045769 and this mobile having battery consumption problem in ideal condition about 40% in 12 hrs and having very less sound after passed 8 days I went to the mobile shop and ask them to replaced but they not agreed and send me to Reliance JIO service center Shikhar complex 3rd floor Near Surya mall Junwani road Bhilai Nagar Chhattisgarh dtd 15-10-16 and they update the software and ensured me about problem but I still facing the same problem again I went and ask them to replace and they kept mobil set for servicing. I sent mail to JIO customer care care@jio.com dtd 17-10-16 and they replied to contact soon but not responding Sir after purchasing of 8 days I felt that set is defective. Therefore I request you kindly solve this metter and replace my money Rs8000 or replace my mobile set with good one.
