I am juhi from DOS Bihar rohtas want to state that I have taken loan in the year 2016 ,as per rule of students credit card loan 1% interested I have to pay but BANK IS CHARGEING 12% interested even ist day of amount I am unable to pay sir as I am economical poor background...so plz plz
