Dear Sir,

I bought a Washing Machine and got it financed by Capital First Ltd., initially I was planning to buy it directly in 100% cash, but the representative from Capital First convinced me to run it through Capital First, as the Loan was at 0%. I though it would be okay to do it as as it was on 0% interest rate. They told me that it will be very smooth and and I will never face any issues, the payment will be linked to my savings account and automatically every month the EMI will be deducted from my account. They told me that I will not get into any trouble of payments. Now, every month I recieve multiple calls from Capital First for collection, they harras me on the phone. I keep telling them that it will get automatically deducted from my account, even then they keep calling me continously and harrass me. Last month I paid through NetBanking. I told Capital First that I have signed a form for electronic transfer, then why should I pay you separetely, but they kept calling multiple times everyday. Now this month-Feb'16, they again have started calling me and there collection managers have been very rude with me, they are saying that, why have I taken loan if I cant pay, they sent somebody to my house to collect money. My mother at home got scared of them, she is going through a depression at this old age and this has added more tension and stress to her health. I called Capital first and I told them, why dont they deduct money from my account directly when I have signed the ECS form. Th this, they have mentioned that my bank says I(Chandra Shekhar) does not have sufficient balance. This is wrong, I have sufficient balance to pay a 2K INR EMI. Capital First has been harrassing my parents and me. I want to file a case against them. They are tortured the mental health of my mother.
Please suggest what should I do.

    Hello this is sheikh tajuddin. My loan account no-9808431 on CAPITAL FIRST FINANCE. I have paid my loan on septmeber 28 online of which i have sent a screenshot attached. But cheque was presented in the bank for the same on 5 th october. Every month it i s the same problem. And they have charged me the bounce charge and lates . The total fine has become Rs 1500. While there is no dues in the payment. Thankyou.

    my loan acct no: 13588541, i have called customer care they simply disconnected twice as on march post that multiple time called agent service and there behavior worst ever seen because of the i have foreclosed my loan they have processed for long time and excess debit of emi refound as on 13mar2018 request given till date no action against it . each and every day calling customer care not proper respond,no ethics,no hold procedure till date they are arguing they have processed as on 13th march 2018 itself asking me to check with bank. so that i have asked for the UTR number or reference number to check further they denied to provide me . last 4 day multiple supervisor and manger spoken promising the same 48 hrs and 2hrs and call back kind of answers from every one

    my loan acct no: 8271466,i have paid loan and bank missing amount Rs 54000/ dt 7/3/2018 and deducted EMI while total paid . i have called customer care they simply disconnected twice as on march post that multiple time called agent service and there behavior worst ever seen because of the i have foreclosed my loan they have processed for long time and excess debit of emi refound as on 6, 7, 9, 13 19 mar2018 request given till date no action against it . each and every day calling customer care not proper respond,no ethics,no hold procedure till date they are arguing they have processed as 20 april 2018 itself asking me to check with bank. so that i have asked for the UTR number or reference number to check further they denied to provide me . last 4 day multiple supervisor and manger spoken promising the same 48 hrs and 2hrs and call back kind of answers from every one

    This is regards to ECB card I called customer care executive informd that I can visit and purchase what ever I wish to he informd the limit is 90k .and again he saying there is cheque bounce in the past so I m not eligible for card ,1st thing I told your executive at the outlet that My HDCF account is not in use its salary account I left that job take my AXIS account details he took my both cheques. I don't know why that guy linked my HDFC account that is not my mistake and every month I m paying on 5th for online transactions will take 5 days that's not my mistake I want my card this all your mistake that you took Bank details of my inactive bank account just because 6 months salary credited in my axis bank that was my new job why that ur executive said card is approved I can go and purchase query no 20260720 my contract no 8328221025 capital frist account no:13821989

    On 17 th july I was looking for a loan for 400000, a girl named vandana from Behala branch (capital first) came and took property papers xerox, a cheque of 2000 rupees in fav of capital first.
    On 23rd my business place inspected, and on 24th july I was confused what will be my EMI, becaz she was telling 13000.13300,13900 various figure. Anyway as I told that girl that at the time of final agreement my lawer will be with me, their officials called me and advised to attend my with friend not with lawer.
    However as I came to know there was no log in at all, but my amount cleared to capital first.
    Several email done even to nodal desk.now they are saying as they have confirmed from their sales team no refund will be made.
    I dont know whay my amount capital first taken from me while I was in need of money and no log in there was?
    My cibil permits me to get loan, I was their enlisted customer.
    Total fraud company.

I told Capital First executive that I had already paid the amount then why they are always calling and harassing me.Then they started asking about transaction reference number which was already recorded at their end while payment, but still they are calling every single day as if I am not paying my EMIS.

    HELLO THERE,

    GREETINGS!!!

    THIS IS RAHUL DHARIA, CONSUMER OF CAPITAL FIRST HAVING LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER 13854805. I BOUGHT THE LOAN SCHEME IN DECEMBER 2017 WITH SUBSIDY FACILITY. MY LOAN WAS APPROVED IN JANUARY AND I STARTED PAYING EMI BY FABRUARY ITSELF.

    AT THAT MOMENT OF APPROVAL, I FILLED AND HANDED OVER THE SUBSIDY FORM TO YOUR COMPANY EMPLOYEES ‘RAJ DUBEY’ & ‘RAVI’. I WAS IN CONTINOUS TOUCH WITH THEM AND CUSTOMER CARE. THEY ASSURED ME THAT SUBSIDY WILL START REFUNDING TO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN THREE MONTHS. BUT I RECEIVED NOTHING. I WAS TOLD BY CUSTOMER CARE THAT MY FORM WAS NOT SUBMITTED YET.

    I RECEIVED SOME DOCUMENTS REGARDING THE LOAN MEANWHILE. I TOOK MY COMPLAINT TO DEVENDER FARSWAN-RM (9958552343), AND KEPT IN TOUCH FROM MAY TO JUNE. AFTER FOLLOWING UP REGULARLY, MR DEVENDER TOLD ME THAT MY SUBSIDY FORM WAS NOT SUBMITTED.
    THEN IN 6TH JULY, 2018, I SUBMITTED MY SUBSIDY FORM TO DEVENDER FARSWAN BY HAND. HE TOLD ME THAT MY FORM WILL BE SUBMITTED TO THE HEADOFFICE WITHIN ONE WEEK. AFTER TWO WEEKS, I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE CONFIRMATION & THEY TOLD THAT MY FORM IS STILL NOT YET SUBMITTED.

    I WAS TERRIBLY FRUSTATED WITHING THIS TIME. I CONTACTED MR DEVENDER FARSWAN REGULARLY TO ASK WHY MY FORM IS NOT SUBMITTED BUT HE ALWAYS COME UP WITH THE SAME ANSWER THAT HE WILL CHECK TODAY, BUT NEVER GAVE ME A SOLID REPLY. I HAVE TO CALL HIM AT REGULAR BASIS BUT I RECEIVE SAME REPLY ALWAYS.

    PLUS I HAVE ALSO PAID YOUR COMPANY 12000/- FOR LIFE INSURANCE AND 13353/- FOR HOME INSURANCE. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INSURANCE DOCUMENTS TILL YET. I RAISED THE COMPLAINT TO SAME PERSON DEVENDER FARSWAN, BUT ALL WENT IN VAIN.

    I AM COMPLETELY FRUSTATED AND LOSING MY FAITH IN CAPITAL FIRST. MY QUASTION IS THAT I AM NOT RECEIVING THE SUBSIDY BENEFITS, SO WILL BEAR THE LOSS I AM FACING? ITS ALMOST 2000RS APPROX EVERY MONTH LOSS FOR ME. WHY I HAVE TO FACE YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE EMPLOYEES?? IS THAT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CONSUMERS?? I AM FACING PROBLEMS SINCE I AM USING YOUR SERVICES.

    I AM MENTALLY HARRSED BY GIVING YOU MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND REALLY HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

    THEREFORE, I WANT CAPITAL FIRST TO LOOK INTO THE MATER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. OTHERWISE I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT & LEGEL COMPLAINT.
