My customer id is 36244875,
My name is Hardik Parmar. My registered mobile number is 8866330022.
I have purchased iPhone 5s 16 gb space grey through bajaj finance via my documents.
The month when i purchase was september 2016.
When i purchased my iPhone the same time i have applied for bajaj EMI card. at that time i paid 349 rs for the bajaj card. I was told that i will receive my card with in 90 days.
Now 7 month has been passed and i haven’t received my EMI card yet.
I approached at the Bajaj Office here in Rajkot
at Imperial heights office number 501 for the same query But person out there are very rude to me and not responding properly.
Now they are returning my money when i make inquery my for emi card.. so where are they for all these 7 months..
Weather it is your system fault or this is your way to loot customer’s 350 rs.
