Delayed in response and eaten up warranty period

1)COMPLAINT :
Lodged a complaint to Hewlett Packard Service for Hewlett Packard Laptop Flickering issue on 18 march 2016 (First Report). Since then I have been continuously reporting the same to HP with different CASE Id. Finally up on the same complaint of flickering issue with a Case id -477488 6413 was registered on July 4th. I telephoned Sysnet Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Bhubaneswar (official Hewlett Packard Service Provides) many times but then there was response from them. On July 11 when I was out of station, but my laptop was in station .i.e at my friends place in Bhubaneswar even then they rescheduled the visit for 12th July but they failed to do so. From July 14th on-wards I have started reminding them to resolve the case through email . On July 28th , I got a call from Atish kumar sahoo to close the case! N put a new case. Why should I cover their mistake by closing n lodging a new case it’s the wastage of valuable time of mine in the name of warranty service.
After putting 6 Reminder mails, my case was taken care and a new case was lodged on August 3rd with new case id 4775986961.
All the above stated have wasted my time as well as eaten up my laptop warranty time.

3) RELIEF:
As a relief or settlement I am looking for a (ADP) warranty extension to my HP laptop for 1 more year against your complaint as compensation.
