Dear Sir,
I have purchased Sahara Global Advance Plan in Dec-2013. of Rs100,000/- (Rs One Lac only ) from your Authorised Center Bhiwadi, FC Code : 2394 6582
Receipt No - 538 000 136 535
Certificates No - 933 000 136 538
Customer ID - 865 823 000 182
Now as per the Plan terms, the maturity date has already crossed on 30-12-2019.
I have visited the Sahara FC Office many times but no satisfactory reply by the officials. I have also contacted Zonal level officer & Regional level official but the s reply was very disappointed. No roadmap how and when the payment will be done.
So once again you are requested to arrange to do the payment of my Sahara Q-Shop Plan immediately.
