I had subscribed for ynetworks internet connection on 4thDec with user id EOC_0556 with a 50 GB permonth data plan and paid Rs 3300 for 3 months in advance and 1000 rupees also for modem.
Since then only one month the connection worked, after that the internet started getting disconnected frequently for which I have been complaining since then. First of all they dont give any complain number. On insisting then give it very rarely.
Here is a series of complain number with date.

every time I complained for frequent disconnection which happens 100s of time in a day but they are not giving me the solution. since last 4 days it is 100% dead.
They even dont know how to talk and I have paid for 3 months in which only one month I got the service.

I had done rechage of Rs 59 to my idea no 8966848013 bt recharge not success. After that i done another recharge of Rs 447 for data pack on same no . And i call idea customer care . Where Monika (idea care officer) told me that i have given both recharge benefit my both recharge data add to my no But after some previous recharge got successed. Than idea gave only Rs 59 recharge benefit. When i call idea customer care again they not admit my issue. And left me without refund.
So please sir action on my case and take imediate action against the idea company

I am from Delhi and have been using Ynetworks starter plan for two months and now here I am writing my review about their services:-
I am starting from installation, which was good and satisfactory. Service activation was on time and surfing speed and download speeds were upto mark as per the plan, but only issue I faced is 'the connection is not reliable and if you are upto some work on net just don't trust the connection as it may disappear any time, though I'll didn't faced much disconnections in the first month and for speed I'll give full FIVE STARS to Ynetworks. On the complete of first it stopped and due for recharge here I didn't received any message from my local service provider or Ynetworks itself. So after two days I called my local service provider and on receiving the amount the service was activated immediately and in the second month I faced disconnection issues but on complaining to my local service provider the issue was solved every time in the committed time. Here to the service provider I'll give FOUR STARS. Then at the end of second month the net connection stopped again and due for recharge. So I again called my service provider and this time no one come for the collection, called again and the reply was just shocking when the service provider said to give the amount to a 'General Store Shop' in nearby location and he'll collect money from there on asking about the physical address of their office no answer received and he insisted on giving the amount there. Now, it has been 10 days and no one come for the renewal on calling again the provider replied the same. Their net works perfect and speed is amazing plans are also low on pocket, but might be the company has engaged wrong persons for their work who are irresponsible.
Now, I am thinking for switching to some other ISP.

Hi,
I am happy to say that Ynetworks has solved my issues and are now providing nice services, this is in regard to my earlier reply in which i mentioned that they not coming for payment and disconnections in the networks.

No one from their office responding. I deposited amount to be business partner. they have not provided signal in 6 month & now they are not in position to refund security money..
VP & AGM of company are not picking call... no response on mails..
