Dear Sir/Ma'm,
My name is Lalit. In september 2018 i had take Religare Health Insurance policy. Due to a misshaping i was admitted in RAMA Hospital(Sonipat). After discharge by Hospital i was submitted all related documents(In November 2018 1st week). But yet my claim not settled and many time mailing to claim department on mail id:(claim@religare.com) but not getting any reply. Yet my claim amount is pending. Please do the needful.
