I have also complaint their Aaplleat authority and after so many reminders but there is no reply till date and their customer helpline numbers also not taking any complaint
This the total harassment from reliance

My data card number is 9322764414
I have paid 12 months advance rental unlimited internet of rs. 6000 for above data card still 3 months are remaining. But i have received bill of rs. 643 before completion of 3 months which is shocking. When i spoke to your customer care they said your new plan is activated and you will get 5 gb data for rs 900 per month but earlier when your 4g service is convert from cdma to gsm they said you will get 25 gb cap and thereafter your speed will be down 144 kpbs for unlimited. Already i am bearing a loss of data card re chargeable lava device on top of that you have disconnected my advance rental plan.
This is harassment from your side and i am filing complaint against your service with appropriate authority, if you are not able to resolve this issue with immediate effect.

Rcom 4G Fraud Billing Continues
Rcom Appellate Authority did not respond to multiple follow-ups.
However, RCom Fraud Bill Generation Team did generate another fake bill.
My latest email to Rcom Appellate,

Aug-Sep bill was for
15784 MB data for Rs. 7366.64
I had paid prior to billing Rs.3222
Reliance sales guy promises to sell Rs. 899 Wipod and continue service
1. 40 GB 999 plan was changed to 5GB post 5 GB 0.05Paise/10 KB
2. No refund for the Rs. 899 towards 4G Wipod refund was adjusted
3. 10 GB 1 month free data was not adjusted
Now an adjusted bill is sent asking for Rs.1831, what did you adjust?
Reliance owes me on all 3 counts. My bill ing would not have crossed Rs.999 and Rs. 300 Wipod cost credit should have been adjusted...

Reliance needs to refund Rs. 2522
