Dear Sir,
Today morning at 8:55 AM when i was going my office My Chevrolet Spark LT , Mfg Year 2010, Registration Number UK04H9349 Black Colour front left side wheel broken , I called to road side assistance at Gallops Motors , Ahmadabad Gujarat they toe my Car to service centre . As my car is covered under Insurance Bajaj Allianz Policy Number: OG-16-9906-1801-00059485 I registered a claim from the Spot itself , But Bajaj Allianz surveyor after survey saying that it is a Mechanical failure and there no mark of any accident that’s why they are not able to give me any claim. While as per the Service centre official it may be due to some accident or collision with any stone on road . He has given me tentative estimate of around Rs. 15000 being a medium class i always trust that whenever i will get such problem i will get help from Insurance company . But this statement of surveyor disappointed me a lots . Even now i have one question that if Insurance company cannot help me in my genuine problem why should i renew my Car Insurance from Bajaj or why should i opt Bajaj insurance for my Bike also . My trust on Bajaj Allianz for any issuance will over from now onwards . How a surveyor can easily judge that it is a mechanical fault , while it has broken Lower Arm as well as Exel and more over his senior Vipul Bhai who is sitting in the office based at Ahmedabad Mobile number 9898907984 can judge that it is not an accident with any stone or obstacle on road or bad road condition and directly saying that it is a Mechanical Fault , how it is possible that only 26000 KM driven Chevrolet Spark Lower arm and Excel could Broken
