Fraud complain against HDFC Life Insurance

Hello sir, My self Gaurav Kumar. And i am from Noida, UP. I have call from your METIS MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD from Delhi. But when they called me first time, She told me that she is from HDFC Life Insurance Delhi branch. And the person name of Alok (from this no 7065916286) for overdraft facility against HDFC life insurance policy.
So i asked his, If you can't give me a overdraft facility than can i cancelled my policy? he replied that, yes. You can cancel your policy within a 1 month. Than her senior which name is Rishi Bhardwaj (from this no 8860981687) called me for further details. So i agreed for new purchase new policy. And i am existing HDFC life insurance from since last 5-6 years. So i trust on them. So i took the policy on date 7th Sep 2017, and the policy number is 19588875. And i got the policy paper at my home on date 13th Sep 2017. But they can't give me a overdraft facility. So on 13th Oct 2017, i cancelled my policy by mail. But HDFC told me that, my cancellation period was gone. Because of its was 15 days. And Alok, Rishi said me that, my policy cancellation period was 1 month. But after cancellation Alok and Rishi not receiving my calls. So i visited the HDFC branch at Noida. And they told me about the METIS frauds. So i complaint against then at HDFC main branch in Noida. They took my complaint but said me that, You have to fight alone. Because of your mistake. So i have to write mail to you sir. Please do the needful.
I request to you, Please refund my payment, because of my personal cash crisis. And i visited the HDFC life insurance branch. And they told me that, You caught from fraud with metis marketing services pvt ltd. I think, i took online policy, but its not online. Its offline. I want to catch those frauds. And i took the policy on 7th Sep 2017. I got the policy papers in 13th Sep 2018. And i cancelled the policy on 13th Sep 2018. And they told me that, i can cancelled my policy within 1 month. And now HDFC told me that, its 15 days cancellation period. And i am existing customer of HDFC LIife. So i have trust on HDFC. But this is very bad experience with HDFC. I sent you the agent details. And please contact them. They are not answering my calls also. And they are doing frauds for policy.
