I am an overseas citizen of India. I lived and travelled all over the world, I am a respected Engineer and abide by the laws. I have never been treated this humiliatingly ever before and having this experience in my own country is heartbreaking especially in front of my 9 year old son. I am hoping that you do justice to me.
I arrived at Bengaluru airport as shown below around 4 am this morning.

1. My son and I went to the foreign passport immigration desk after having filled in the immigration form. The dark skinned female officer with a very unpleasant look on her face, and gold rimmed glasses, started speaking to me in a very insulting and disrespecting manner from the get go. She didn't like the way I filled in the form, and started insulting me by showing other people's forms and how better they were. She said she couldn't help me and asked me to re-do the form.
2. I went to a different desk, where the officer was fine until this first lady went and told them that I didn't do the form properly. This 2nd lady started shouting and asking me why I didn't do the form again. This 2nd lady also started behaving in a disrespectful manner. Even after I corrected the address as they asked me to do. She was wearing a black bindi.
3. I went to the guy in charge and told him that I wanted to file a complaint, he didn't give me the feedback form, he was hiding his badge and when I asked for his name he immediately threatened to remove me from the area and humiliated me by shouting at me calling me obnoxious. I didn't know that asking names is a crime! Later I realised that the whole time he had no intention to take my feedback, he just wanted to get rid of me and protect his details from me.
All 3 officers were rude, disrespectful and caused extreme anxiety and humiliation to me and my son. Even if they were trying to do their job and the form is an important document the way they treated me was completely unacceptable and made me lose faith in common decency and respect that we all human beings should possess. They treated me like a criminal and I am kicking myself that I left the terminal quietly, but I didn't want to scare my son further by fighting back. I did nothing wrong, I didn't give any wrong information, the form wasn't detailed enough, that's the only mistake I made and I didn't deserve their extremely unfair treatment
There was no way for me to find out their names but I am hoping that you can identify these people and take appropriate action so they won't do this again to others.
Please do not refer me to airsewa, I already did that but the website is down, I tried all morning without sleep, but I didn't get any confirmation email.
I am hoping for your action in this matter
