My husband Mr. Davinder Kumar is admitted in your hospital on 22.5.2023 and discharged on 24.5.2023 vide registration number MH011012623. After the discharge when we have received the discharge bill it was noticed that consultation charges of Internal medicine Dr. charu Goel was charged for Rs. 2050 for two visits
consultation charges of Neurology Dr. Khushbu Goel was charged for Rs. 2050 for one visits
My concerns are first for Dr. Charu Goel
She has visited only once during my husbands stay in the hospital and you have charged for two visits. she has prescribed during the stay one tablet but in discharge summary no where she has advised any medicine
My concerns for Dr. Khushboo Goel
She has visited only once in the room and charged the same amount of Rs.2050/- as charged by Dr. Charu Goel
she has not prescribed anything
If you see the internal note she has mentioned that patient is not in the room.
You are requested to look into the matter , refund my extra amount being charged by your hhhhhhhhospital and take action against this wrong doing.

There is an issue which happened with us in terms of patient's medical test. Misguided by doctors and TPA team and performed for unnecessary tests which has impactful and non affordable to us, also the medical claim hasn' t reimbursed. It should not be happened with other ones. Please take care of these type of situations to avoid harassment of the patient and his/her care taker. Thanks.
