I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of utmost concern regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) we purchased for our Kutchina Chimney. On 16th August 2023, we entered into an agreement with Ikonic Kitchen Appliances, a franchise of Kutchina, for a 3-year AMC.

Regrettably, despite our timely payment of Rs. 3250/-, we have not received any maintenance services as per the terms of the contract. Our repeated attempts to seek assistance through Kutchina’s pan-India customer care number have been met with silence. We lodged a formal complaint, yet it has been over a month, and we remain without any response or resolution.

This lack of service has left us deeply disappointed and feeling deceived by Kutchina’s customer care. As a result, we are compelled to escalate this matter and seek appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
