I had purchased a 1.5-ton Godrej spite AC in May- 2016.
As per Godrej company commitment one-year complete warranty and 10 years compressor and 5years condenser.
But unfortunately, again and again, in every day has a problem occurred in this AC since - 2018 A/C no single day the AC works properly.
After that the performance is the same no cooling again I registered the complaint to Godrej customer care ON 17th June - 2021 complaint number D17062296554 After that company service person come and verify and find out the gas leakage problem again I pay Rs =650 for service change but problem no resolved
Again I registered the complaint to Godrej customer care ON 25th June -2021 complaint number D2506299093 After that company service person come and verify and find out the compressor problem after one week compressor was replaced but the problem not solved. The service engineer suggest for the capacitor is not working and need to replace
He replaces it I pay Rs =750 for has same concern but the problem no resolved
Again I registered the complaint to Godrej customer care ON 7th July - 2021 complaint number D0607212910 After that company service person come and verify and find out the again compressor problem compressor was replaced but the problem was not solved.
The product performance and service experience very bad infinite sale and service have no skilled engineer. And no system exists for service
My family suffered in this heavy summer session not slip properly since April to date. But in Godrej sales and service management slip they don’t know the customer suffer and paying money.
I am very disappointed after purchase the Godrej spite AC. and to be advice purchase any product of Godrej.
So please replace the full AC and return my all service amount.
