Non Delivery of Medicine and No whereabout of the Medicine consignment

I have booked a medicine for my parents (over 80 years of age) through
Pharmeasy (Order Id 13139740 dated 29-10-2019). I have been getting good support from PharmEasy for quite long. But
interestingly, this time my medicine was not delivered even before the final day shown i.e 3rd. of Nov'2019. On trying to find out from the helpdesk, I was made to
understand for the first time that I will get a positive response within 24 hours but to no effect. PharmEasy did not get back to me again for non delivery. I had to again call back and made to understand that they are also unable to track the consignment. This shook me
totally. In the days when an air flight can be tracked for minute-to-minute,PharmEasy is unable to track a important item like medicine. On what note can I believe and take the medicine which may be delivered in near future. This medicine is as good as poison to me.Further, I wanted to cancel the order and raise a concern to the senior officers at
Pharmeasy, But I am again made to understand that they are busy on other lines.I would immediately like to cancel my order and raise this serious concern on poor medicine tracking been done by PharmEasy. Further, I am told that I need to
wait for the delivery boy to deliver the medicine and then only I can cancel the order. When the whereabouts of the medicine is unknown by PharmEasy, how long can I
wait for this and how can I trust this lost medicine.
