After several complaints , Airtel DTH keep harassing me

I'm NOT a registered member on airtel DTH but someone kept my mobile number as their registered mobile for Airtel DTH. It's already been more than an year now, that I asked them to remove my number, but they keep calling me and disturbs me.
I tried changing the number online as well from their portal, but no luck. They don't even help me out to remove my number. All the complaints/ status, pretty much everything gets updated on my number and it disturbs my mental peace.
I work in 24*7 rotational shift and they keep calling on anytime, harassing me mentally.
