Unilateral Cancellation of Gas Booking

My Indane gas booking is with Gurgaon Gas Service (ID 37500000086647886 and consumer number is 207519)(email gurgaongas1@rediffmail.com)
My address is 603 Ivory Tower, South City 1, Sector 30 Gurgaon, and my email ID is raydebdutta70@gmail.com. My mobile number is 9811389081.
I booked a relacement gas cylinder with Gurgaon Gas on phone booking reference 174182 dated 1 December 2015 and was told that delivery would be after2-3 days. To check status I called again at 10.10 am on 3rd December and was assured that delivery would be on 4th. At 2.00pm I got an SMS message informing that the booking has been cancelled. No reason given.
I have already registered a complaint on the agency's site.
This is not the first time it has happened. On one such ocassion I was informed by the gas agency that I could get immediate delivery but without a cash memo. I preferred to make a fresh booking.
Please enquire into this.
